Troy Mainstone

His been working at Tangent for almost 9 years. He moved to the Dallas office after 2 weeks of walking through the UK office doors which was completely unplanned. He placed candidates into a number of different tech & Comms positions across the globe, and after 2 successful years, he decided to call the UK his home to start the Permanent 360 team.

It turns out this reactive decision to move there was one of the best things he ever done, he gained invaluable experience of being an international recruiter, he got to work with some great people, understood different cultures and environments and much, much more.

He still lean on these experiences and lessons, he walked through the door with a fraction of the knowledge and have today and he continue to put his self out of of comfort zone to gain better experiences and stories to pass on to his team.
