Jacqueline Ahern has extensive experience in banking and community engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Everyday Banking - At Home Agents at Tangerine since May 2007. In this role, Jacqueline leads a 24/7 call center operation, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service for day-to-day banking needs. Previous positions at Tangerine include District Manager for Retail Banking in Alberta & Manitoba, where Jacqueline promoted the brand and enhanced client experiences, and Community Investment Manager, responsible for the "Orange in the Community" program. Jacqueline's career also includes roles in communications and event coordination supporting corporate charitable initiatives, as well as experience in fiscal planning and product development from earlier positions at Thirty-One Gifts, Scentsy, and Scotiabank. Jacqueline holds degrees in Accounting and Information Technology, and Marketing from Nipissing University.
