Thanu Jeyaratnam

Thanu Jeyaratnam is an experienced professional in the financial and IT sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager for IT Enablement and Channel Strategy and Support at Tangerine since September 2022. Prior to Tangerine, Thanu held multiple senior management roles at Scotiabank from April 2012 to November 2022, including Senior Manager for Retail & Small Business AML/ATF and Senior Manager for Reporting and Issues Management in AML/ATF for Canadian Banking. Thanu also worked as Manager in both AML Projects and Risk and Control, as well as a Business Analyst in National Operations. Thanu's educational background includes a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University and further studies at the Canadian Securities Institute.
