Natalia Szip

Natalia Szip is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial contract negotiation and legal counsel. Currently serving as Team Attorney at Tangible Global, Inc. since April 2020, Natalia focuses on technology sourcing agreements. Prior to this role, Natalia spent 18 years at Buck, where responsibilities included leading negotiations and drafting various commercial documents as Associate General Counsel and Corporate and Contracts Counsel. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Counsel for Conduent, overseeing legal matters for operations in Latin America, and acting as Counsel for BCRA, supervising compliance for financial institutions. Natalia holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Buenos Aires.
