Iva Markovac

Iva Markovac is a Lead Business Designer at Tangity, where Iva works on research and customer experience strategies for various clients. Prior to this, Iva worked as a Service and UX designer at Reply, where Iva designed user experiences and services for well-known clients. Additionally, Iva is the author of "The product of social design", a book focusing on social design and its influence on product design. Iva also has experience as a Design Trainee at Marcel Wanders, where Iva designed products for various clients. Iva holds a Master's degree in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano.
