Sharon Shein

Sharon Shein has had extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1999 as an HR Manager at BRM Capital, where they worked closely with start-ups, consulting senior management on their HR needs. Sharon then moved on to Gisha Shona, where they rebuilt and led the company's high-tech executive search and placement activity.

In 2008, Sharon joined 888 Holdings as an HR Manager, leading HR activities in the Marketing and Finance divisions. Sharon worked closely with managers, providing coaching and support on employee retention and promotion.

In 2012, Sharon joined AVG Technologies as an HR Business Partner, responsible for establishing the local HR department and managing ongoing HR challenges. Sharon led all HR decision making, including organizational changes, employee development, and recruitment.

Sharon continued their HR career at Kaltura as the Director of Human Resources in 2017, before moving to Celeno in 2018 as the VP of Human Resources. Most recently, they joined Tango in 2023 as the Chief People Officer.

Sharon Shein completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Tel Aviv University from 1991 to 1994. Sharon later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing at Manchester University, Israel, from 1997 to 1999.
