Reporting to the Co-founder COO/CMO, the Head of Demand Generation will be a critical part of our GTM team and our growth efforts, owning the demand generation program within marketing and working closely with Sales, Ops, and Product. This role balances strategic leadership and hands-on execution, making it an excellent opportunity for a data-driven, results-oriented marketer.
Growth at Tango today is fueled by a product-led motion, word of mouth, content marketing, and social programs. Increasingly, growth in the future will be fueled by an ability to reach leaders in IT, Operations, and L&D through "traditional" channels including: field marketing, paid acquisition through LinkedIn and Google ads, webinars, outbound, account-based marketing campaigns, and partner marketing.
