Nabarun Paul has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Nabarun started their career as an Intern at Bajaj Finserv where they gained experience in financing, disbursement, and direct sales. Nabarun then moved on to OPPO, where they served as a Sales Team Lead. After that, they joined Essilor Group and worked in several roles, including Analyst II, Data & Learning Administrator, and Associate. In these positions, they handled data analysis, reporting, quality assurance, and learning initiatives. Nabarun then worked as an HRIS Analyst at Epicor Software, where they managed HRIS systems, performed configuration, and supported project development. Nabarun then joined Walmart Global Tech India as a Solution Consultant for Workday, providing support for HR functions and ensuring compliance of data. Currently, they are working at Tangoe as a Global HRIS Lead, managing projects, configuring systems, and providing day-to-day HRIS support.

Nabarun Paul completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from AIMS Institutes from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Institute Of Engineering and Management, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. Nabarun also holds additional certifications in Data Analytics and Visualization, Business Analyst using Power BI, Power BI Virtual Case Experience, People Analytics, Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning, Data Fluency: Exploring and Describing Data, Digital Marketing, and PHP.
