Vivien Chen

Vivien Chen is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 13 years of experience in project management and telecom professional services. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Tangoe since October 2010, Vivien leads a small team of analysts in China while collaborating with a global team of experts. Previous positions include Manager of Strategic Consulting and Project Lead at Premier BPO, Inc., and Customer Service Representative at Suzhou HongChang Packaging Material, Ltd. Vivien holds a PMP certification from the Institute of Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business English from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics.
