Abby Mallek

Abby Mallek currently serves as In-House Counsel at Tankstar USA, Inc. since May 2022, following a role as Associate Attorney at Kasdorf Lewis & Swietlik from March 2021 to January 2022 and another position as Associate Attorney at Stupar, Schuster, & Bartell, S.C. from August 2020 to March 2021. Prior legal experience includes a Legal Intern role at UW Health in 2020, a Summer Legal Intern position at Lagmann, Inc. in 2019, and a Clinical Law Student role at the University of Wisconsin Consumer Law Clinic from 2018 to 2019. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a UCC Researcher at Capitol Services, Inc. and as a Sales Floor Associate at Shoo, Inc. Abby Mallek obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2020 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2015.
