Melissa Phelps

Melissa Phelps, CTFL, has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Facilities Manager at Tantus Technologies, Inc. since April 2017. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Edaptive Systems, LLC, where positions included Testing Specialist and Project Analyst from January 2015 until April 2017. Early career roles included Information Research Tech 1 at East Tennessee State University and various positions at Verizon Communications from 1999 to 2011, culminating in the role of Senior Analyst. Melissa has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects and teams throughout their career.
