Mostafa Boutajrit

Mostafa Boutajrit is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer relationship management and loyalty strategies, currently serving as Vice President of CRM at Tao Group Hospitality since September 2025. Previously, Mostafa was Head of Loyalty and CRM at MoneyGram from January 2024 to September 2025, where strategic development aimed at enhancing global loyalty and CRM initiatives across over 200 countries. From 2019 to 2024, Mostafa held the position of Vice President of Customer Loyalty, Financial Services, and Customer Service at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, overseeing a major loyalty program with over 60 million members and innovative data-driven strategies. Mostafa's career at Caesars began in 1997, accumulating roles including Senior Corporate Director of Customer Loyalty and Corporate Director of Total Rewards Operations, among others. Mostafa holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, Organizational Leadership from Western Governors University.
