Carmen Lanford

Carmen Lanford has a wealth of work experience in a variety of roles. Carmen began their career in 2009 as a Policy Analysis and Press Communications Intern at the Center for International Strategy, Technology, and Policy (CISTP). Carmen then moved on to become an Assistant Teacher, French at Little Linguists International Preschool in 2010. In 2011, they were a Development Coordinator- Africa at blueEnergy Group. In 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant and Fundraiser at Improve International Inc. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at ERAI in various roles, including Branch Director- US Headquarters, Philadelphia and Territory Sales Manager- United States/ Responsable Commercial- Etats-Unis. Carmen then moved on to work at SiriusDecisions as an Account Executive- Growth and Strategy and Account Manager from 2015 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as Manager, Global Field Enablement at Pivotal Software, Inc. and as Senior Manager, Global Partner Enablement and Sales Enablement Manager- Partner Enablement and Impact Metrics at Tanium. Carmen is currently the Head of GTM Enablement at Tapcart, a role they have held since 2022. Additionally, they are the San Francisco Chapter Lead, WiSE at WiSE - Women in Sales Enablement, a role they have held since 2019.

Carmen Lanford obtained a B.S. in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011, with a focus on Sustainability and Renewable Energies, African Development, and French. Carmen also attended Sciences Po from 2009 to 2010, studying Public International Law, Contemporary African Development, and U.S. Foreign Policy.
