Alessandro Greco

Alessandro Greco has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent role was as a Tech Support Engineer at TapClicks, where they began in October 2018. Prior to that, they spent ten years at STERICYCLE INC as a Reclamation Representative, starting in September 2008 and ending in October 2018. Before embarking on their tech career, Alessandro was a Band Member at Counterclock, from an unknown start date until 2014. During their time with the band, they played shows, managed event organization and social media, and secured significant investments. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Support Representative at AFFINA from an unknown start date until 2007. In this role, they provided technical support to US customers, documented troubleshooting procedures, and became a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Alessandro Greco completed their education with a Certificate in Software Development from McGill University, which they pursued from 2015 to 2017.
