Ashley Herberth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In their current role as a Customer Success Manager at TapClicks, they are focused on driving customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional post-sales support.
Prior to TapClicks, Ashley worked at T-Mobile where they held the role of Regional Marketing Manager for the Ohio region. Ashley was responsible for designing and implementing multi-level media plans to grow brand exposure and regional sales. Ashley also managed both T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile brands across 260 locations and led a team of 16 staff members.
Before T-Mobile, Ashley worked at E3 Local Marketing Solutions as a Solutions Manager. In this role, they designed and oversaw national marketing campaigns to increase revenues for assigned clients and ensured alignment with investment ROI.
Ashley also gained experience at The E.W. Scripps Company as a Digital Account Manager, where they developed digital marketing and media strategies for multiple high-level accounts. Additionally, they worked as a Media Consultant at Cox Media Group Ohio, exceeding revenue targets through media consultation and key account management.
Ashley's early work experience includes a role as a Head Server at Outback Steakhouse.
Ashley Herberth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional and Customer Success Manager Certified Professional from Gainsight in January 2023. Ashley also holds a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera, obtained in September 2022, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Garage, obtained in January 2022.
