Nicolas Turgeon has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and management. Nicolas started their career at Nortel in 1994 as a Software Designer, where they were involved in various aspects of the software development process. After working for Nortel for six years, they joined BroadSoft in 2000 as a Senior Software Developer. Nicolas later transitioned into the role of Software Development Manager, leading a team of developers and overseeing the implementation of telephony services and software components. In 2018, after BroadSoft was acquired by Cisco, Nicolas continued their role as Software Development Manager within Cisco, where they contributed to the development of the BroadWorks Application Server software. In 2019, they joined TapClicks as a Software Architect. Throughout their career, Nicolas has demonstrated expertise in software architecture, team leadership, and implementing high-availability real-time servers for telephony providers.
Nicolas Turgeon completed their Bacc. International + DEC in Sciences pures/de la santé at Petit Séminaire de Québec from 1988 to 1990. Nicolas then pursued a BS in Computer Engineering at Université Laval from 1990 to 1993.
