Anna Holovashchenko

Anna Holovashchenko is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Tapfiliate, specializing in affiliate and referral tracking software since April 2022. In this role, Anna focuses on building relationships with Enterprise clients, managing onboarding processes, conducting demo calls, and collaborating with product and development teams to address customer needs. Previously, Anna served as Team Leader for the Rest of EU Regions at Admitad, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing teams to enhance relationships with advertisers and affiliates across multiple European countries. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager/Account Manager at Starter, managing client communications and problem resolutions, and various positions at Admitad Global, focusing on international business development and strategy within the Bulgarian market and beyond. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Philology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
