Jennifer Torney

Jennifer Torney is the Global Vice President of Client Experience & Partnerships at Talent Solutions TAPFIN, a position held since May 2009. In this role, Jennifer leads various functional teams worldwide, focusing on Solution Design, Client Relationships, Technology, Partnerships, and Growth. Previously, Jennifer served as Vice President of Client Engagement, overseeing client relationships and strategy for workforce and recruiting solutions. Prior experience includes Vice President of the Midwest Region at TAC Worldwide, where Jennifer managed market leadership across multiple states, and Director of Technology at Kforce Technology Staffing, driving significant business growth. Jennifer also held roles at Somera Communications, including VP of Strategic Sourcing and Director of Procurement. Jennifer holds a BA in Business and Psychology from the University of San Diego, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
