This position is based in our Orpington office 5 days a week.

Your big responsibilities:

Becoming a part of the Tapi family, you'll take ownership, alongside your team for the financial, administrative and clerical support of Tapi!

• • Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
    • Provide other clerical support necessary to ensure invoices are matched and paid correctly
    • Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
    • Ensure the accuracy of an Tapi’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
    • Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
    • Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner

About you:

You’re detail oriented and your organization skills are second to none. You have experience with 3 way matching, using accounts payable systems and love to solve a problem!

We’re after a speedy thinker who’s nice to their core. You’re naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic, a great communicator (both written and verbal). You sweat the small stuff and are happy to manage stakeholders and chase them for information.

You're up for a challenge, and thrive in a busy environment. You are always on the lookout for ways to improve things for customers, colleagues, and you have a bias towards action.
