Wanda Cedeño

Wanda Cedeño is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, translation and proofreading, and tax accounting. Wanda is currently the Head of Customer Support at TAPP Water, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Junior Tax Accountant at Cairns EzyTax from 2020 to 2021. From 2016 to 2021, they held two positions at H10 Premium, first as a Customer Service Representative and then as a Customer Service Team Lead. From 2011 to 2021, they were a Freelance Translator & Proofreader at Gengo, where they were responsible for English to Spanish translation and proofreading of website and app content.

Wanda Cedeño received a Certified English Translator degree from Universidad Nacional de La Plata in 2011. Wanda has also obtained three additional certifications from edX: Climate Solutions in 2022, Solid Waste Management in 2021, and Tourism and Travel Management in 2020.
