Michael Selby has over 25 years of experience in quality assurance and systems analysis, currently serving as a Sr. QA Analyst at tapQA since August 2017, where Michael provided QA process direction for Design Center, Inc. Prior to this, Michael worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota for a decade in various roles including Test Engineer, Senior Test Lead, and Senior Test Analyst, overseeing testing efforts and collaborating with onshore and offshore resources. Michael's earlier experience includes positions at Travelers and Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services focusing on systems analysis and technical support. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of North Dakota.
