Tim Samland

Tim Samland is a Facilities Coordinator at Taproot Theatre. Tim has previously worked as a Master Carpenter at Book-it Rep. Theater and as Head Carpenter at Northwest Staging and Design.

Tim Samland has been working in theater for over 10 years. Tim started their career as a carpenter, working their way up to Master Carpenter. Tim then transitioned into Facilities Coordination, where they oversee all aspects of theatre operations and maintenance.

Tim is a highly skilled tradesman, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for theatre. Tim is a dedicated worker who takes pride in their work, and is committed to ensuring that all theatre productions run smoothly and safely.

After graduating from high school, Tim Samland attended Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom. Tim then transferred to Southern Oregon University, where they earned a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Tim Samland works with Jacob Field - Finance & Operations Associate, Makelle Mills - Facilities Associate, and Kristi Matthews - Data & IT Manager. Their manager is Dwight Hutton, Director, Finance & Operations.
