Tai Nguyen's work experience includes the following:

1. Quality Control Engineer at VUI Vietnam - TAPTAP (2020-present): Tai is responsible for managing the quality of the product and working with the development and product teams to deliver features according to the product roadmap. TAPTAP is a next-generation loyalty, marketing, and payment platform that connects leading brands with consumers through a data-driven coalition loyalty program.

2. Fresher Tester at testingvn.com (March 2020-May 2020): Tai gained experience in software testing, including understanding the software testing process in the software development lifecycle, performing various testing activities, writing test plans and test cases, reporting bugs, and applying test automation tools in an organization.

Tai Nguyen attended the University of Information Technology from 2016 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. In October 2020, they also completed the Certified Fresher Training Program of Software Testing from testingvn.com.
