Kevin Bayne

Kevin Bayne is an accomplished Audit Lead at TAQA with over 25 years of experience in the UK Offshore Oil & Gas sector. At TAQA, Kevin has defined and developed tools for continuous improvement and implemented effective risk-based assurance plans aligned with ISO19011 and Energy Institute standards. Previous roles include Operational Safety Technical Authority, Interim Safety Lead, and Senior HSE Advisor, where Kevin has focused on ensuring compliance with safety management systems and mentoring offshore HSE Advisors. Prior to TAQA, Kevin worked at Perenco as a QHSSE Advisor and spent two decades at BP in various HSE roles, supporting offshore operations and safety management. Kevin's career began as an Instrument Technician after completing an apprenticeship.
