Susan Cunning has a diverse work experience in the field of HR strategy and leadership. Susan most recently served as the Director of HR Strategy and Excellence at TAQA Group. Prior to that, they held various roles at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, including Head of Reward and HR Design & Policy, Head of Total Reward, and Senior Manager of Reward. Susan also worked as an HR Consultant for Consultancy and Contract Roles, and held multiple HR positions at ESPC (UK) Limited, including Head of Human Resources and Programme & Change Manager. Additionally, they worked at Standard Life as a Managing Consultant, Compensation & Benefits, Compensation & Benefits Consultant, and HR Consultant.
Susan Cunning completed their education as follows:
-In 1994, they obtained a First Class BA (Hons) in Business Studies & Information Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
-In 1996, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business from EHSAL Management School in Brussels, Belgium.
-From 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Edinburgh Napier University.
-In 2000, they earned an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde.
-In 2014, they completed the Advanced HR Executive Program in Strategic HR at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
-Susan is also a member of THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT (CIPD) and holds the FCIPD qualification in Human Resources.
