Kumar Chanchal

Kumar Chanchal has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Kumar began their career in 2007 as a recruitment consultant at Adecco, India, where they worked for two years. In 2009, they joined Mack Telecom as a Talent Acquisition Executive and remained with the company until 2012. Kumar then moved to Tarang Software Technologies, where they held various roles. From 2013 to 2018, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and from 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Account Manager at Tarang Software Technologies, starting in July 2022. Throughout their career, Kumar has demonstrated an expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Kumar Chanchal completed their 12th standard education at Kendriya Vidyalaya between 1984 and 1999, where they studied economics and English. Kumar then pursued their Bachelor of Information Technology degree at Manipal Institute of Management, MAHE, Manipal from 2000 to 2003. Kumar later attended Lovely Professional University from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology.
