Tirichine Bachir

Tirichine Bachir currently serves as Directeur at Tarco since March 2023, focusing on business development in Africa. Since November 2003, Tirichine has held dual roles as Directeur général and Vice President at MBIS Inc., overseeing project planning, management systems design, ISMS implementation, and providing technical support for network design and troubleshooting. Prior experience includes a position as Network & Software Engineer at the Nuclear Research Center of Draria in Algiers from January 2001 to September 2003, where responsibilities included server administration and software development. Tirichine Bachir holds an Engineer's degree in computing systems from Ecole nationale Superieure d'Informatique, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
