Puneeth Mahendra

Puneeth Mahendra has extensive work experience in the IT and project management field. Puneeth currently holds the position of Director of Delivery at Tarento Group, a role they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Delivery Manager at the same company from September 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Tarento Group, Puneeth worked at Microsoft from 2014 to 2022. At Microsoft, they held multiple positions, including Senior Project Manager and Delivery Project Manager. Their responsibilities included leading digital transformation programs, implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, and managing end-to-end offshore delivery.

Puneeth also worked at Infosys from 2003 to 2014. Their roles at Infosys included Project Manager, Technology Lead, and Software Engineer. Puneeth was involved in various projects, such as implementing Finacle Retail Internet Banking solution and developing and supporting Finacle Core and Connect 24 products.

Puneeth Mahendra earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College Of Engineering, completing it from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, Puneeth graduated from Bishop Cotton Boys High School in Bangalore with a degree in Science, completing it from 1996 to 1998.

In terms of additional certifications, Puneeth obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in February 2013. Puneeth has also received multiple certifications from Microsoft, including Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP), Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals, and Accessibility in Action. Puneeth also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2020.
