Target ALS
Yuliya Rzad is currently the Chief Grants Officer at Target ALS, overseeing a $20 million grantmaking portfolio. Prior to this, Yuliya held positions at FEMA, CFPB, and the US Department of Health and Human Services, leading various grant management and energy assistance programs. Yuliya holds an MPA from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a BA in International Relations and Russian from the University of California, Davis.
Target ALS
Founded in 2013 by former New York City Deputy Mayor and CEO of Sidewalk Labs, Dan Doctoroff with support from Bloomberg Philanthropies, Target ALS is a non-profit foundation focused on fostering collaboration to accelerate ALS drug discovery and development.
