Alaina Johnson

Alaina Johnson serves as the Director of Sustainability Business Integration and Operations at Target, where responsibilities include leading initiatives to integrate sustainability into the company's operations and managing the Target Forward Program Office. Previously, Alaina developed and directed the implementation of Target's sustainability strategy, Target Forward, and was instrumental in forming the circular design principles, which earned Target recognition on a global scale. Throughout a progressive career at Target, experiences have included roles as a Senior Manager in Corporate Responsibility, where Alaina led cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious sustainability goals, and as a Reporting Analyst, focusing on measuring the impact of philanthropic efforts. Alaina's background also includes strategic consulting and analysis roles at Niemeyer Construction and Fort Myers Miracle Professional Baseball. Alaina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Gustavus Adolphus College.
