Jewel Makda

Jewel Makda is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for the Southeast DTO Region at Target since May 2017, Jewel has also worked as an Independent Contractor providing onsite support for ExamSoft testing software. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Information Technology at Washburn University School of Law, where responsibilities included user services and systems administration, and a Kinesiology Adjunct Professor teaching Zumba. Jewel's early career included web development at Washburn University Mabee Library and a mainframe operator position at Westar Energy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Washburn University, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Allen County Community College.
