Lokana Reed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment and team leadership at Target since March 2006. Currently serving as the Lead Executive Recruiter, Lokana specializes in identifying and hiring Professional Exempt-level leadership positions across 11 states. Prior roles include Lead Campus Recruiter, where Lokana developed successful recruitment strategies and partnerships with over 22 major colleges, and Executive Team Leader, responsible for launching new stores and enhancing team performance. In addition, Lokana co-owns Native Auto Glass, a company dedicated to providing high-quality auto glass services in Northern Colorado. Lokana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
