Shanequa Williams

Shanequa Williams is an accomplished human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Target since June 2022, Shanequa has also held the position of Human Resources Director at Pentair from September 2013 to June 2022. In addition, Shanequa has been a Board Member at Urban Ventures since October 2017. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Human Capital Business Partner at Select Comfort Corporation and an early career as a Unit Supply Specialist with the South Carolina Army National Guard. Shanequa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
