Dr. Michael Dragon

Dr. Michael Dragon is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in supply chain management and engineering. Currently serving as a Projektmanager at TARGUS Management Consulting AG since March 2023, Dr. Dragon previously held the role of Global Supply Chain Launch Lead at Elanco from January 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing innovative product launches and leading multicultural project teams. Prior experience includes roles at Elanco / Bayer Animal Health GmbH as a Project & Process Manager, overseeing organizational projects during a business carve-out, and at Bayer as Lead Project Engineer, directing cross-functional teams in major investment projects. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Thermodynamics from Leibniz Universität Hannover and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, with additional studies at Helmut-Schmidt-Universität and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
