Eric van Den Broeck

Eric Van den Broeck is an experienced site and plant manager with a strong background in process optimization, team organization, and quality management across various industries. Currently serving as Site Manager at Tarkett since March 2021, Eric was previously the Site General Manager at Premium Sound Solutions from 2013 to 2020, where responsibilities included full P&L oversight and the creation of long-term strategic plans. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Magna International, where Eric successfully reduced short deliveries and quality incidents, and numerous positions at General Motors from 1993 to 2010, where Eric focused on logistics, production management, and quality operations. Eric holds a degree in Industrial Engineering in Electro-Mechanics from the University of Antwerp.
