Paul Young

Paul Young's work experience begins with their current role as the SVP Market Segments, Product, Innovation, Design & Sustainability at Tarkett since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Hospitality & Multifamily at Shaw Contract from 2021 to 2022. From 2015 to 2021, they held multiple positions at Shaw Industries, including VP Hospitality & Commercial NSP and Director. Paul also worked as the Director of Custom Design Studios at Shaw Industries Commercial from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they were the Director Healthcare Marketing at Shaw Contract Group from 2008 to 2018. Paul'searlier experiences include the roles of Director of Product Development at The New Patcraft and Designweave from 2006 to 2008, and Director of Product Development at Shaw Contract Group from 1994 to 2006.

Paul Young attended Miami University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Textile Design and Art Education.
