Rachelle Roberts

Rachelle Roberts has a diverse range of work experience. Rachelle is currently the Director of Design Soft Surfaces at Tarkett, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from September 2021 to October 2022. Rachelle also has experience as the Director of Investor Relations at 360 Sports, Inc. from June 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they served as the Art Director at Fossilized Function, LLC from January 2013 to September 2021. Additionally, they worked as the Product Design Director at Primitives By Kathy in 2019, and as a Senior Designer at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. from May 2014 to June 2018. Rachelle also has experience as a Surface Repeat Pattern Designer at Congoleum Corporation from September 2013 to April 2014, and as a founding member in sales, product, and marketing at HAAN Corporation from August 2008 to June 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Manager and Store Manager at Kairos Handbags from December 2005 to August 2007, and as an International School and Homestay Coordinator at American Home Life International from March 2004 to August 2005.

Rachelle Roberts attended Cornell University from 2020 to 2021, where they studied Product Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Textile Printing from Philadelphia University from 2010 to 2012. In 2005 to 2007, Rachelle earned a degree in Textile Design from Capilano University, located in Vancouver, BC. Their education journey began at Trinity Western University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomechanics.
