Taylor Yuan

Taylor Yuan's work experience begins in 2011 at Alcoa, where they first joined as part of the HR Development Program. Taylor then worked as a Senior/BU HR Generalist before taking on the role of HR Business Partner, supporting four manufacturing locations. Taylor'sresponsibilities included performance management, regulatory compliance, talent development, and coaching on human resource issues. In 2016, Taylor moved to Tarkett, where they initially served as an HR Manager, overseeing the HR activities of two facilities. Taylor then advanced to become the Director of Human Resources for Tarkett North America, responsible for leading HR business partner activities and driving business results. Currently, Taylor is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Tarkett, in charge of driving strategic HR initiatives and leading the HR team across multiple business units.

Taylor Yuan completed a Bachelor of Science in Business in Management and Organization from Miami University in the years 2007-2011. They then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources at Baldwin Wallace University, which they completed in 2019.
