Kristofer M. Helgen

Kristofer M. Helgen serves as Chief Scientist and Director of the Australian Museum Research Institute, leading initiatives in scientific research and preservation. With a robust academic background, Kristofer holds an B.A. in Biology from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of Adelaide. Current affiliations include Affiliate Professor at the University of Sydney and Adjunct Professor at UNSW, alongside various board roles, such as Board of Directors for Conservation International (Australia) and Australian Fossil & Mineral Museum.
