Mark Rosenberg

Mark Rosenberg serves as the Chief Legal Officer at zuMedia Inc. since July 2023 and has been Counsel at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP since January 2012, focusing on intellectual property, defamation, privacy, and online marketing. Previous positions include Of Counsel at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. and Senior Counsel at Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein, where Mark developed expertise in various areas of intellectual property law, including litigation strategies and client counseling. Earlier roles as an Associate at Kaplan, Thomashower & Landau and Proskauer Rose LLP involved comprehensive litigation work in intellectual property and commercial matters. Mark holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and an A.B. in History and Government from Cornell University.
