Mallory Skains

Mallory Skains is a Human Resources Associate for Tarvos Talent, LLC. In this role, she specializes in assisting the company and its clients with any Human Resources needs or concerns. Before joining Tarvos, Mallory was a Human Resources Office Manager for a fast-growing technology company where she helped to improve the new hire onboarding process and provided support to over 400 employees globally. She was also an Executive Assistant and Development Coordinator for one of the top science museums in Texas. She recently relocated to Austin from Dallas with her partner, Matthew, and their cat. Mallory has a BS degree in Anthropology from the University of Houston and spent over a year conducting archaeological excavations in North Texas. She greatly enjoys the Austin Hill Country and is excited to begin her career at Tarvos!
