Andrew Mouser

Andrew Mouser is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Project Manager at CWT Construction since October 2023. Previously, Andrew held roles as Project Executive and Project Manager at TAS Concrete Construction, LLC from December 2017 to October 2023. Before that, Andrew was a Senior Project Engineer with Balfour Beatty US from September 2014 to December 2017, contributing to the planning and execution of large construction projects. Andrew began the career as a Field Engineer Intern at Kiewit in 2013. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Concrete Industry Management from Texas State University, completed in 2014.
