Zahangir Alam

Zahangir Alam, PhD, is a seasoned software engineer and technology leader with extensive experience in software development, data science, and software architecture across various industries including telecommunications, banking, and healthcare. Currently employed at Tasacom Technologies Inc. as a Software Engineer since April 2022, Zahangir plays dual roles as a software architect and data scientist for Daily Number Inc. Previously, Zahangir served as Director of Technology at Together Initiatives Limited, where responsibilities included leading multiple software development teams, developing technological strategies, and architecting software platforms. Zahangir has held positions as Software Architect & Data Scientist at Daily Number and Technical Manager at Vonair Inc., while also gaining foundational experience at Grameen Solutions and Structured Data System Ltd. Zahangir's academic achievements include two PhDs in Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, and Computer Science, alongside a Master’s and Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
