Thaer abu-Snaineh

Thaer Abu-Snaineh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Thaer began their career as a trainee at Orange - Jordan (formerly Jordan Telecom) in 2012.

From 2013 to 2017, Thaer worked at Huawei Technologies in various roles. Thaer started as an EPC/PS Core Network Pre-Sales Engineer responsible for managing service for Zain Jordan's EPC/PS-Core Network and 4G-LTE new network deployment. Thaer then became a Network Maintenance Project Manager before transitioning to the role of Service Solution Sales Manager, where they were responsible for the company's services solution and maintaining customer relationships.

In 2018, Thaer took on the role of Cloud Core Network Solution Sales Manager at Huawei Technologies, where they designed competitive and profitable cloud core solutions and identified new opportunities through network insights and data analytics.

From 2019 to 2021, Thaer served as the Key Account Solutions Sales Manager at Huawei Technologies, responsible for managing new business development and strategic planning to maximize business growth. Thaer also collaborated with senior management to develop short and long-term business plans.

Most recently, in April 2021, Thaer joined TASC Towers as the Director of Commercial. In this role, they are part of the senior leadership team and focuses on developing innovative business strategies, conducting market analysis, and formulating action plans to achieve annual goals and expand the company's market share.

Thaer Abu-Snaineh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Leicester. Prior to that, they earned a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Communications and Power from the University of Jordan. In 2012, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco. In the same year, they also acquired additional certifications in Wireless broadband technology - 4G-LTE from the University of Barcelona and a Professional Diploma in Engineering Management from the London Business School.
