Evgeniy Romaschin

Evgeniy Romaschin is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and organizational performance across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Head of Organizational Performance at Skills Factory since September 2019, Romaschin also holds interim positions as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at both Task Force LSP and Drive Force Transportation Company. Romaschin previously served as CEO of TIS Group of Terminals from November 2017 to April 2019, and as Chief Operating Officer of ArcelorMittal Coal Mines from February 2016 to September 2017. Earlier roles include CEO at Corum Group, Director of Coal Division and CFO at DTEK, and CFO of a mining company at Severstal. Romaschin has supplemented extensive professional experience with advanced education from INSEAD, including programs in international leadership and management.
