Brian Olson

Brian Olson currently serves as a Staff Data Engineer and Manager of Data Engineering at TaskRabbit since June 2021. Previously, Brian held the position of Software Engineering Manager for Data and Analytics at PayIt, overseeing a team that built and maintained data pipelines and processes, while facilitating business intelligence and reporting. Brian's technical proficiency includes developing automated ETL and data cleansing processes using Python, Pandas, and various AWS tools. With extensive experience in software development and management roles across multiple companies, including Mariner Wealth Advisors and FireMon, Brian's career spans over two decades, beginning as a Java Developer at 3 Nerds and a Server, LLC. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Kansas.
