Mike Serpan is the SVP of Client Services at TaskUs. Mike has over 20 years of experience in sales and management. Prior to joining TaskUs, Mike was Sr. Director Sales at Convergys. Mike has also held leadership positions at AT&T American Transtech and AT&T.

Throughout their career, Mike has been responsible for overseeing sales teams and developing new business opportunities. Mike is a results-driven leader who is passionate about building relationships with clients and helping them grow their businesses.

Mike is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. In their free time, they enjoy sailing, traveling, and spending time with their family.

Mike Serpan reports to Bryce Maddock, CEO. Mike Serpan works with Kerry Carstairs - SVP, Client Services, Aaron Fischer - VP, Sales, and Mark Sterling - VP, Project Management.
