Christy Boozer

Christy Boozer has extensive work experience in the biotechnology industry. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Technical Product Manager at Tasso, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Natera as an Associate Director of Technical Product Management.

Christy's career began at Plexera Bioscience LLC, where they served as a Scientist and later as an Applications Manager. In this role, they supported customers using the Kx Array System, conducted training sessions, and led the product development team.

Following their time at Plexera, Christy joined Theraclone Sciences as a Senior Scientist. Here, they served as a team lead and alliance manager on antibody discovery projects sponsored by Pfizer, successfully completing all deliverables and generating substantial milestone payments.

Christy's most recent and notable experience was at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., where they held various roles. Christy also served as a Principal and Senior Software Product Manager, working on FDA-approved diagnostic tests and operational features related to Covid-19 testing. Finally, as a Software Product Manager, they managed the development of a lab information management system (LIMS).

Christy Boozer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Christy then went on to pursue a PhD in Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington and completed their studies from 1999 to 2005.
