Wendy J. Harman

Wendy J. Harman has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Wendy J. currently holds the role of Vice President Product Marketing at Tasso, Inc., a position they began in November 2022.

Prior to their current role, Harman served as Vice President, Product and Commercial at Weavr Health from March 2021 to October 2022. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the strategic growth plan for the company, overseeing sales and marketing objectives and initiatives, and managing product pipelines and launch strategies.

From April 2020 to March 2021, Harman held the position of Vice President Marketing, US at Biofrontera Group. During their time there, they focused on marketing initiatives for the US market.

Before Biofrontera Group, Harman worked at Alkermes as Senior Director of New Product Planning from November 2017 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing commercial strategies and assessing the viability of future therapeutic opportunities.

Harman also had notable roles at Shire, starting as Associate Director HCP Marketing in the Neuroscience Business Unit from September 2015 to August 2016, followed by Director of Specialty GI Marketing in the Internal Medicine Franchise from August 2016 to October 2017.

Wendy J. began their career in the pharmaceutical industry at AstraZeneca as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist from 2000 to 2002, followed by positions at Novartis as a Senior Sales Specialist from 2003 to 2007. Wendy J. then worked at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. (formerly Sepracor) as a Therapeutic Sales Specialist in the Respiratory and Neuroscience Therapies divisions from 2007 to 2008.

Harman's earlier experience includes various roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2008 to 2015, including Global eMarketing Lead, ImmunoDiagnostics, Manager of Patient Segment Marketing, ImmunoDiagnostics, Marketing Manager, ImmunoDiagnostics, and Clinical Sales Consultant, ImmunoDiagnostics.

Wendy J. began their career at Punahou School as the Biology Department Co-Chair and Faculty member from 1996 to 2000.

Wendy J. Harman holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Molecular Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in various areas including the Disney Approach to Quality Service from the Disney Institute, Foundations for Best Practices in Demand Generation and Messaging and Campaign Planning for B-to-B Marketers from SiriusDecisions, as well as Outdoor Wilderness Educator certification from the National Outdoor Leadership School.
