Aaron Plascencia

Aaron Plascencia is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Taste Catering and Event Planning since October 2018. With a diverse background, Aaron has held various positions, including Catering Chef at the girl & the fig, LLC, and Cook at The Carneros Inn. Prior experience includes Chef Owner at Market Kitchen and Catering, Line Cook at Charlie Palmer Group, and Cook at Disneyland Resort. Aaron's culinary education was completed at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena, where a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training was earned from 2004 to 2006.
